Return Policy
Order Cancellation: If you made a purchase through the website riseshopp.com, received the product in perfect condition, but are still not satisfied, you can request cancellation through our Customer Service Center at riseshoppoficial@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation Timeframe: As stipulated by consumer protection regulations, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product to request cancellation.
Important: The right to cancellation is a reflection period designed to protect consumers from aggressive sales practices and unfamiliarity with the purchased product. However, it does not imply the ability to test the product.
The cancellation request must be communicated immediately to the service provider, following these rules: The product must be returned via postal service to the return address provided by our support team. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all manuals. The product must include proof of purchase. The product must show no signs of use.
Note: Products returned outside these specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refund Process: Refunds for credit card purchases may take up to two billing cycles to appear. Refunds are processed only after the product is received and its condition is analyzed at our Distribution Center. The product must show no signs of use.
Note: Any intention to cancel must be communicated to our Customer Service Center before the product is shipped. A letter explaining the reason for cancellation must accompany the returned product. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Clothing and Footwear: We do not accept exchanges for products that do not fit. We provide product measurements in centimeters to ensure accurate size selection. According to consumer protection regulations, there is no legal obligation for the store to exchange products for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the color, size, or model. Exchanges are only allowed for defective products.
Defective Products
Products with Manufacturing Defects: Products sold on the Rise Shopp website come with a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
How to Request an Evaluation for Manufacturing Defects: The product must be returned via postal service to the address listed on the purchase label. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be included with the product. A written description of the alleged defect, explaining how the product was used and the frequency of use, must be provided.
Note: Products returned outside these specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will be returned to the sender.
Product Defect Analysis: The defect evaluation will be conducted by our suppliers, who will provide the final report regarding the exchange request.
Average Conclusion Timeframe: 15 business days from receipt of the product.
Favorable Report for Exchange: The customer will receive a replacement product at their original address at no additional cost. If the same model is unavailable, the customer will be informed and can select another product from the website, respecting the credit limit. If there is a price difference between the selected product and the defective product, the customer must pay the difference.
Unfavorable Report for Exchange: The product will be returned to the customer with a rejection letter, without the right to a replacement.
Rejection Reasons: No defect detected. Signs of improper use. Evidence of accidental damage. Normal wear and tear. Improper washing of the product.
Automatic Order Cancellation by Rise Shopp
Order cancellation and release of purchased products by Rise Shopp will occur automatically in the following situations: Inability to process payment via the provided credit card. Inconsistent information provided in the order. Out-of-stock products.
Refunds Initiated by Rise Shopp: Refunds will be issued in the following situations: Inability to deliver the product due to incorrect or inaccessible delivery addresses. In such cases, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center, and a refund will be issued for the product price, excluding shipping costs. If the purchased product is unavailable due to stock issues, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method. The customer will be informed of the situation.
